The Motor Truck Scale (MTS) electronic conversion kit is designed to transform an existing scale pit and weighbridge into a fully electronic vehicle scale. Designed for quick installation without removing the platform or reconfiguring the pit, the conversion kit can often be installed in a matter of days, minimizing downtime. The ideal solution for PLC systems which require weight data from a scale, Rice Lake’s SCT signal transmitters offer maximum control without the additional cost or space required of a traditional weight indicator.

These multi-function transmitters have a compact design while presenting the same signal-conditioning functions.

Utilized as an independent or dependent four-channel digital junction box, the SCT-1100 allows for the direct reading and diagnosis of each individual connected load cell or summed as a whole.

Ease of use, real-time data collection and rugged, stainless steel construction make the CW-90 digital weight indicator the equipment of choice for operators, quality control and maintenance departments.

The configuration menu of the CW-90 is accessible through the front keypad, eliminating the need to open the back of the indicator and expose the unit to moisture or contaminants. Access to these keypad controls can be limited to meet the operator’s needs. The CW-90 will store detailed information for up to 50 separate IDs, allowing for easy recall of previously saved information. An adjustable contrast display is visible in any environment.
