The Information We Collect

In general, if you are not logged into our website and you are visiting pages, no personal data, such as name, phone number, address, is collected by Weigh-Tech that would associate you with the use of this website.

For example, we may receive personal information about you when you send us an email through the contact page on our website. We may forward the personal information you provide to us to the person or department within our company equipped to handle your request or respond to your inquiry. Once again, we use third party software, such as Gravity Forms (see Gravity Forms’ Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy pages), for communicating on the website with forms that you fill out; Google, for preventing spam with reCaptcha (see Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service pages); and WordFence, which is a firewall that we use on the website to protect from malicious activity. All these third party softwares are used to facilitate communications through the website and make the website a safe place. Each of these companies collect your data as well, and if you feel uncomfortable with this, then please don’t share your data through the website. Please call us to discuss our products and services and we can facilitate private communication this way. On that note, even phone calls are subject to third party interference by phone companies, governments, third parties that provide services to phone companies, etc.

We do not sell any personal information we receive through our website to any third party, nor will we add such information to any bulk email list we may prepare.
